Thinly slice the naruto kamaboko.Halve the cherry tomatoes. Half the cucumber lengthwise, then thinly slice up diagonally. Use your hands to tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place into cold water, then drain in a colander.

Arrange the vegetables and naruto kamaboko in dishes. Right before serving, quickly mix the dressing and pour on top.
