Directions

  1. Lightly scrub to clean the burdock root, chop up and place in water, then quickly drain.
  2. Cut the beef into pieces that combine well with the cut burdock root and pour on (A).
  3. Finely chop up the green onion.
  4. Heat a frypan and spread out the sesame oil, add in the burdock from (1) and saute.
  5. When the burdock root becomes plump and shiny add (2), saute until fragrant, mix in the sugar from (B), add in the soy sauce and cooking sake to finish and sprinkle on the green onions.
