Cut the stem from the shiitake mushrooms. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half vertically.

Heat up the grill. Grill the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes until browned.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 7-8 mm (1/4 in.) thick pieces. Cut the king oyster mushrooms once more in half vertically (quarters).

Break apart the tofu by hand, wrap in a paper towel and set on a dish. Microwave at 600 W for 2-3 minutes in order to dry.

Place (4) in a bowl, pour in (A) and mix well forming the dressing. Dress the mushrooms from (3) and serve.
