Directions

  1. Fillet the horse mackerel. Without removing the skin, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In the following order, dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
  3. Fry each piece in moderately hot cooking oil. Arrange on a plate and garnish with lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Season with oyster sauce.
