- Fillet the horse mackerel, cut into 2 cm (3/4 in) wide pieces.
- Cut the tomato and cucumber into 2 cm (3/4 in) cubes.
- Mix the mackerel, tomatoes and cucumbers well and place in a small bowl.
- Season with a desired amount of soy sauce. Garnish with ginger.
