Directions

  1. Place the butter into a fry pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts and starts to bubble, align the scallops in the fry pan and cook each side for 30 seconds.
  2. To finish, add the soy sauce into the fry pan from the edge in a circular motion, quickly shake the fry pan back and forth to spread the soy sauce without burning it.
