Koya Tofu French Toast

400 ml (13.5 fl. oz.)




  1. Bring (A) to a boil in a pot, gently boil the koya tofu for 1 minute over low heat. Lightly squeeze, then allow to cool.
  2. Cover (1) with the flour, dip into (B).
  3. Melt the butter in a fry pan, pan fry (2) over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Cut into bite-size pieces, serve on a plate and pour on the kuromitsu and soy sauce mixture.
