40 g (1.4 oz.)

Directions

  1. Crush up the chocolate, place into a bowl and stir over a hot water bath to melt. Add and mix in the soy sauce.
  2. Coat the orange peels with (1), arrange on a cooking sheet-lined tray and place into a refrigerator to cool and harden.
