Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 6 pieces, and season with (A). Set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut unpeeled potatoes in half, rinse in water and then dry.
  3. Place (1) and (2) on baking tray and brush on olive oil. Bake in oven at 200 C (390 F) for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve on plates garnished with watercress and optional yuzu chili paste.
