Directions
- Thinly slice the bamboo shoots. Cut the cabbage into chunks.
- Boil the rape blossoms in lightly salted water (salt not included in ingredients). Cut in half.
- Mix and boil the tsuyu and 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of water in a pot. Add in (1) and simmer.
- Pour in a bowl, garnish with (2).
