1/4 (50 g / 1.8 oz)

3 - 4 leaves (50 g/ 1.8 oz)

25 g (0.9 oz)

50 ml (1.7 oz)


  1. Thinly slice the bamboo shoots. Cut the cabbage into chunks.
  2. Boil the rape blossoms in lightly salted water (salt not included in ingredients). Cut in half.
  3. Mix and boil the tsuyu and 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of water in a pot. Add in (1) and simmer.
  4. Pour in a bowl, garnish with (2).
