150 g (5.3 oz.)

70 g (2.5 oz.)

1 & 1/2Tbsp

(A) Seasoning

1/2 tsp

(B) Mixed Seasoning

2/3 Tbsp

1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the beef into edible size pieces. Marinate in (A) and set aside.
  2. Mix together (B).
  3. Thinly slice the bamboo shoot into 3 - 4 cm (1.5 in) lengths. Cut the spring onion into 2 cm (3/4 in) lengths. Remove the hard core from the cabbage and tear into large bite size pieces.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a fry pan and fry the beef. Once the color has completely turned, remove and set aside.
  5. Add an additional 1/2 Tbsp of cooking oil the same fry pan and stir fry (3) for 1-2 min. Add the beef again, pour on (2) and stir fry until well done.

Cabbage - bite-size pieces

Separate the leaves, remove the core, cut the leaves in half lengthwise, and then stack. Cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) wide strips, then cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) wide squares.
