300 g (10.6 oz)

1.5 Tbsp

(A)dashi

400 ml or 13.5 oz.

Directions

  1. Peel and wash the new potatoes.
  2. Place (1) and (A) in a pot. Boil until soft.
  3. Add in the cooking sake and sugar and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the Kikkoman Soy Sauce, continue to simmer until the sauce has almost completely disappeared while rolling back and forth.
  5. Add in Kikkoman Manjo Aji-Mirin for the final touch.
