Cut the pork into 1 cm (0.4 in) wide cylindrical blocks.

Mince the garlic, and cut the onion into 1 cm (1/2 in) squares. Mince the parsley leaves and set aside the stems.

Heat the olive oil in a fry pan and cook (1) until browned all over.

Add in the garlic and onion, and once translucent, add in the wine and simmer for 1 minute.

Add in and mash the tomatoes, add in the mixed beans and parsley stems, then sprinkle on a dash each of salt and pepper.

Simmer over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes, adjust the flavor with the soy sauce, then serve into bowls with a sprinkle of the minced parsley leaves.

Garlic - mincing
Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
