Directions

  1. Divide the pork into three.
  2. Divide the tofu into 1-1/2 cm (1/2 in.) widths.
  3. Mix (A), making the sauce.
  4. In a fry pan, place the bean sprouts, (2) and then (1). Place diced plum on top, then add 1/2 cup of water and sake.
  5. Cover, steam for 7-8 minutes, place on a plate and dress with (3).
