Pork and Cheese Rolls

  1. Slice the pieces of pork in half, season with pepper. Cut the nori seaweed and the cheese slices to match the width of the pork.
  2. Dust the pork with some flour, place the shiso and cut cheese slice on half of the pork and roll up. Onto the remaining half of the pork place the nori seaweed and cut cheese slice and roll up. Dust each roll lightly with flour.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan, add in the pork rolls and pan-fry until browned on the edges, then wipe away excess oil. Mix together (A) and pour in. Continue to pan-fry until the pork is cooked through and has a lustrous sheen.
  4. Arrange onto a plate garnished with a side of red leaf lettuce for wrapping each pork roll.
