Directions

  1. Remove string tails if necessary and thoroughly wash bean sprouts, then thoroughly dry to remove excess water.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add minced pork and continuously stir. Add seasonings under (A) and continuing stirring to ensure even distribution of seasonings.
  3. Add bean sprouts and continue to stir. Continue cooking, while ensuring bean sprouts remain crisp. Turn heat up slightly to help remove any remaining excess water and then remove from heat and plate.
