Pour ingredients from (A) into a fry pan, add ground pork and simmer, making sure to stir so the meat remains loose.

When meat is browned, add both varieties of beans. Turn off heat when most of moisture boils off.

Dish rice onto a plate, tear lettuce into small pieces and spread over rice. Dish on mixture from (2), top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.

Use the tip of a knife to carve out the stem, then cut into half horizontally. Cut the tomato vertically and horizontally into 1 to 1.5 cm. (0.5 in.) width pieces. If you want to remove the seeds, use your fingers to scoop these out after cutting in half horizontally.
