Japanese-Style Taco Rice

A blending of cheese, rice, soy sauce and mirin that make for a new experience in Japanese cuisine.

100 g (3.5 oz.)

60 g (2 oz.)

300 g (11 oz.)

1/4 head


40 g (1.5 oz.)

  1. Pour ingredients from (A) into a fry pan, add ground pork and simmer, making sure to stir so the meat remains loose.
  2. When meat is browned, add both varieties of beans. Turn off heat when most of moisture boils off.
  3. Dish rice onto a plate, tear lettuce into small pieces and spread over rice. Dish on mixture from (2), top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
