  1. Drain the tuna and break the meat apart. Cut the bell pepper into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes, place into a lidded heat-safe container and microwave (600W) for 40 seconds, then drain.
  2. Slice the olives up into rounds and cut the cream cheese into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes.
  3. Place the warm rice into a large bowl, pour in (A) using a circular motion and mix vertically in a chopping manner (to prevent mushiness).
  4. Quickly add and mix in (1), serve onto plates and sprinkle on some parsley.

Bell peppers - removing seeds

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
