Drain the tuna and break the meat apart. Cut the bell pepper into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes, place into a lidded heat-safe container and microwave (600W) for 40 seconds, then drain.

Slice the olives up into rounds and cut the cream cheese into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes.

Place the warm rice into a large bowl, pour in (A) using a circular motion and mix vertically in a chopping manner (to prevent mushiness).
