  1. Rinse the potato, place into a lidded heat-safe container and microwave for 2 minutes (600W), remove the peel and mash.
  2. Mix (A) together well.
  3. Add in (2) and combine the pollack/cod roe with (1). Spread out the salad leaves in a dish and place the combined ingredients on top.
