Follow the instructions for cooking the penne and boil it in salted (extra) water.

Score the vienna sausages with fine, diagonal cuts.

Put the olive oil and (2) in a pan, and saute them over medium heat until browned.

Add the tomate sauce and red chili peppers to (3), and when it comes to a boil, add soy sauce and turn off the heat.

Combine drained (1) and (4), and move them to plates. Top with parsley if on hand.
