Directions

  1. Follow the instructions for cooking the penne and boil it in salted (extra) water.
  2. Score the vienna sausages with fine, diagonal cuts.
  3. Put the olive oil and (2) in a pan, and saute them over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add the tomate sauce and red chili peppers to (3), and when it comes to a boil, add soy sauce and turn off the heat.
  5. Combine drained (1) and (4), and move them to plates. Top with parsley if on hand.
