Directions

  1. Remove excess fat from chicken with kitchen knife, salt both sides and sprinkle with pepper, then coat with oregano.
  2. Cut garlic in half.
  3. Put olive oil and garlic in fry pan and heat. Slowly saute until golden, then remove. Then, put in chicken skin-side down. When they brown, turn over, put on low heat, and cook for 6 minutes.
  4. Serve chicken on plates, and garnish with garlic, watercress, radish and lemon.
