  1. Remove stems from the strawberries, freeze ahead in a freezer.
  2. Place the soymilk, (1), the sugar and cinnamon into a blender and mix well.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with mint leaves, a strawberry slice and a dust of cinnamon.
