thinly sliced pork belly

40 g / 1.4 oz.

firm tofu

200 g / 7.1 oz.

Kikkoman Soymilk Unsweetened

225 ml / 7.6 fl. oz.

bean sprouts / moyashi

100 g / 3.5 oz.

Directions

    Chop the pork into easy to eat pieces, slice the tofu into four equal-sized slices.

    Boil the soymilk in a pot, add in the bean sprouts and (1). Once boiling, turn the heat to low and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Ladle into bowls and drizzle with the soy sauce.
    Adjust the amount of soy sauce to taste.
