- Season the sardines with (A) and set aside for about 5 minutes. Pat away any moisture, then dust with the flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, cook both sides of (1) for 2 minutes each over medium heat, then serve onto plates.
- Wipe clean the fry pan from (2), pour in the tomato juice, soy sauce and mirin from (B) and boil down to half. Add in the butter and once thickened pour over (2) and sprinkle on minced parsley if on hand.
