Directions
- Cut the chicken into large bite-size pieces. Remove the shells from the boiled eggs.
- Add (A) to a pot and turn on medium heat. Once it is boiling, add the chicken and eggs and boil. As it boils, scoop off some of the scum that forms. Continue to boil for another 20 min. over low heat. Remove and arrange on a plate.
