Directions

  1. Finely mince the chrysanthemum from the bottom of the stems.
  2. Mix the pork and (A) well in a bowl.
  3. Pour and stir in beaten eggs into (2) a little at a time, then mix in (1).
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan.  Mix in (3) and spread the width of the pan.  Cook both sides to form an omelet.  Remove and cut into easy to eat pieces.
