Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into large chunks, then into long strips. Season in (A).
  2. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers. Cut into thick, long strips.
  3. Mix together (B), forming the tare sauce.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a fry pan and begin to fry the chicken. Add in the bell pepper and fry for 1-2 min. Pour in (3). Lightly stir fry until well done.

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
