Remove the roots from the bean sprouts. Boil and strain.

Slice the pork into thin strips. Cut the green onion into small pieces.

Mix (A) in a bowl. Add in flour and mix well forming the batter.

Mix in (1) and (2). Spread 1/2 of the sesame seed oil in a preheated pan and fry both sides. Do the same with remaining batter.

Divide, place on a plate and garnish with dipping sauce.
