  1. Remove the roots from the bean sprouts. Boil and strain.
  2. Slice the pork into thin strips. Cut the green onion into small pieces.
  3. Mix (A) in a bowl. Add in flour and mix well forming the batter.
  4. Mix in (1) and (2). Spread 1/2 of the sesame seed oil in a preheated pan and fry both sides. Do the same with remaining batter.
  5. Divide, place on a plate and garnish with dipping sauce.
