Directions

  1. Break the broccoli into individual pieces, boil in lightly salted water, remove and place in cold water and strain.
  2. Divide the marlin into 2 cm (3/4 in) blocks. Fry both sides in salt, pepper and butter. Season with soy sauce.
  3. Mix (A) in a bowl forming the sesame sauce.
  4. Arrange the marlin on a plate, pour on the sesame sauce. Garnish with broccoli.
