Cut the paprika into 1 cm (approx. 1/2 in.) widths.

Slice the marlin vertically into 3 long pieces. Season with (A) and lightly cover with starch.

Mix in (B).

Heat the cooking oil to about medium heat, quickly fry (1). Fry (2) for approx. 2 min.

Place in a plate and dress with (3).
