Directions

  1. Cut the paprika into 1 cm (approx. 1/2 in.) widths.
  2. Slice the swordfish vertically into 3 long pieces. Season with (A) and lightly cover with starch.
  3. Mix in (B).
  4. Heat the cooking oil to about medium heat, quickly fry (1). Fry (2) for approx. 2 min.
  5. Place in a plate and dress with (3).

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
