Divide each marlin fillet into 3 equal pieces.

Mix (A) and cover (1). Set aside for 10 minutes.

Cut the perilla in half.

Drain (2) and wrap in (3). Cover entirely and evenly in flour.

Warm cooking oil in a pan and evenly fry both sides of (4) until cooked through to the center. Place on a dish and garnish with 1/2 of a cherry tomato.
