Fresh onions with pickled apricots and katsuobushi.
- Nutrition facts are for one serving.
- Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes.
Remove and press dry with paper towels.
- Remove the large pits from the pickled apricots and mash.
Mix well with the katsuobushi, soy sauce and olive oil.
Dress with (1) to serve.
