Directions

  1. Bind the stems roots of the garlic chives together with a string, boil, cool in cold water, remove and cut into edible size lengths.
  2. Mix (A) together well.
  3. Wring (1) dry, dress with (2) and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle on katsuobushi.
