Directions

  1. Remove stems from the bean sprouts and garlics chives. Cut the garlic chives into 2 cm (0.8 in.) lengths.
  2. Place the bean sprouts, salt and 100 ml / 3.4 fl. oz. of dashi into a pot and bring to a boil over high heat while covered with a lid.
  3. Once the bean sprouts have softened, pour in (A) and allow to come to a boil. Adjust the flavor, then add in the garlic chives, bring to a simmer, then serve.
