  1. Cut the chives into 5 cm (2 in.) lengths. Quickly boil and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Dress (1) with (A) and heap into bowls.
  3. Quickly dry-roast (fry pan) the sakura ebi. Finely chop and sprinkle on top of (2) before serving.
