Directions

  1. Place the wheat gluten in boiling water for a few minutes to soften and compress-dry well.
  2. Soften the wakame seaweed in water, boil for a few minutes and chop into small pieces.
  3. Cut the daikon radish sprouts in half.
  4. Remove the large seed from the dried plum and strike with a knife until smooth.
  5. Place (1) and soy sauce in a bowl. Next, add in (2),(3),(4) and the katsuobushi, mix well and pile in a serving bowl.
