Directions

  1. Rinse the salt from the wakame seaweed well, quickly boil and then cut into large, bite-size pieces.
  2. Mince up the Japanese long onion and garlic.
  3. Heat the sesame oil and saute (2) and (1). Season with (A) and mix in the ground sesame seeds.

Cooking Basics

Japanese long onion - finely chopped

Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion, and insert vertical cuts. Then chop up finely at right angles from end to end.


Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
