60 g (2.1 oz.)

Directions

  1. Mix together (A).
  2. Season the marlin with the salt and pepper, spread the mustard thinly on top, cover with (1) and lightly compress. Bake in an oven for 12 to 13 minutes at 200 C (392 F).
  3. Prepare the tomato sauce by sauteing the garlic and onions in the olive oil from (B). Add in the diced tomatoes, simmer for 8 to 9 minutes, then adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
  4. Scoop (3) into dishes, place (2) on top and garnish with lettuce and olives, if on hand.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
