Season the beef with (A). Thinly slice up the onion, carefully cutting with the grain. Sprinkle on the salt and combine well.

For one-sided grills, cook the beef for 1 minute during preheating and 7 minutes at high, flip over and cook for 5 minutes. For two-sided grills, cook for 10 minutes at high heat, place in aluminum foil and set aside for two minutes. Cut into easy to eat slices.

While the meat is cooking, soak the onions in cold water for 5 minutes, drain well and squeeze dry, drizzle on the soy sauce and mix together well.

Arrange (2) on a plate and dress with (3).
