Directions

  1. Cut the pork pieces in half, peel the skin from the daikon radish and peel into thin strips.
  2. Cut the mizuna into 5 cm (2 in) lengths.
  3. Heat (A) in a pot. Once boiling lower to medium heat and add in (1). When the pork is cooked, scoop away any scum that might have formed on the surface. Add (2) and simmer for a short while, serve in a bowl and season with black pepper.
