Directions

  1. Tear the cheese into little squares and cover the bonito flakes in 1/2 tsp of soy sauce. Finely chop up the green onion.
  2. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Mix in some pepper, 1 Tbsp of milk and 1/2 of (1).
  3. Spread the vegetable oil in a fry pan, add 1 tsp of butter, then pour in (2).
  4. Starting from the edges of the fry pan, quickly mix the eggs with chop sticks. Once it is half cooked fold into an omelet shape. After cooking place while still hot onto wax paper and perfect the shape.
  5. Repeat steps (2)-(4) with remaining half of ingredients forming the second omelet. Flatten the perilla leaf on a plate, place the omelet next to it and the grated daikon radish on top of the leaf. Season with soy sauce and serve.
