Directions

  1. Remove excess moisture from the mozzarella cheese and cut into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes vertically.
  3. Arrange both (1) and (2) on a plate, sprinkle on the sesame seeds and green onion, dress with the Japanese chili oil and soy sauce to complete.
