Directions

  1. Mix ground pork, half of the chopped onions, and the ingredients under (A) together in a bowl.
  2. Shape the ground pork into small balls, and then coat lightly with flour.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in pan, and then place the uncooked meatballs into the frying pan while periodically rotating them. Remove from oil once evenly cooked.
  4. In the same frying pan, drop the remaining half of the chopped onions into the oil and cook.
  5. Place the ingredients under (B) into the frying pan with the onions. As the ingredients in the pan begin to cook, return the meatballs to the pan to warm.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Then remove the ingredients from the pan.

Cooking Basics

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
