Barbequed Corn

Simple and delicious. This grilled corn recipe will be a favorite at every BBQ.

4 cobs

  1. Husk and rinse off the corn cobs and then pat dry. Place into an oven toaster, cover with aluminum foil and lightly grill all sides.
  2. Coat all sides with soy sauce, half-way through grilling, turn over and coat with soy sauce once more to grill to aromatic perfection.

    • When using a microwave oven and gridiron, rinse off the husked corn and place into a lidded heat-safe container while still wet. Microwave (500 W) for 1 minute on one side of each corn cob, then turn over and microwave for up to 1 more minute. Remove from the container, place onto a gridiron and grill while rolling. Once grilled to a golden color, use a brush to coat with soy sauce and repeat this process 2-3 times to grill to aromatic perfection.
