Grilled Corn on the Cob

Soy sauce brings out the sweetness of corn.

2 cobs

a small amount

  1. Peel the husk off the corn. place these into a pot and then completely cover in water. Turn on the heat and once the water comes to a boil turn the heat to very low and continue to boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Place the corn cobs into the fry pan and cook both sides to a golden brown. Use a basting brush to coat the surface with soy sauce to and then quickly pan roast to finish.
