Mini-Salisbury Steaks

180 g (6.5 oz.)


1/8 bulb

1/4 clove

1/4 thumb

1 Tbsp

1/4 tsp

  1. Combine ingredients from (A) in a bowl, mix by hand until sticky. Divide into four servings, form into patties and gently toss into palm of hand to remove air pockets.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, place patties (1) in pan and fry over medium-high heat. Turn patties so they are browned evenly on both sides.
  3. Add wine, cover and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Poke patties with a fork or skewer and if meat juice comes out clear, they are finished (They will cook quicker as the patties are smaller). Add a dash of Kikkoman Soy Sauce for fragrance and serve.
  4. Top with ketchup and enjoy.
