(B)Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

  1. Dice and saute onion in salad oil.
    Combine milk and panko(Japanese bread crumbs).
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly combine ground meat, breadcrumbs (1), egg, and ingredients from (A).
    Form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat salad oil in frying pan, brown patties on both sides, then over and continue cooking on low heat.
  4. When patties are cooked through, combine ingredients from (B) and add to pan, stirring gently to coat patties.
    Remove patties to serving plate.
    Let remaining teriyaki sauce come to a boil.
    When slightly thickened, pour over patties.
