Directions

  1. Remove excess fat from the chicken, and cut into bite-size pieces.  Season with (A).
  2. Quarter the bell peppers and cut their lengths in half.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.  After drying the chicken, add it to the pan and brown both sides, then cover and let it cook through.
  4. Add (2) and cook.
  5. Combine (4) and the Ponzu Lime in a cooking pan, and let marinate for 10 minutes while occasionally turning over.

Bell peppers - removing seeds

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
