Directions

  1. Cut the long onion into 3 cm (1-1/4 in.) lengths.  Cut the pork into 1 cm (1/2 in.) wide slices.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and saute the red chili pepper.  When the peppers are less spicy, add and saute the pork.  Once the color of the pork has changed, add the onions and saute together.  Sprinkle in the sake and cover with a lid.  Cook over low heat for 1 minute, then bring to high heat and add (A).  Stir fry until the liquid has cooked down and serve.
