400 ml (13.5 fl. oz.)

  1. Thoroughly break apart the sake lees, add in half of the soymilk, the mirin and the sugar and simmer over low heat to dissolve and mix the ingredients.
  2. Add in the remaining soymilk, quickly warm and then enjoy.
